MP2625B 2A Switching Charger with NVDC Power Path Management For Single Cell Li+ Battery The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2625B is a monolithic switch mode 4V to 10V Operating Input Voltage battery charger with power path management Smart Power Path Management for single-cell Li-ion batteries in a wide range of Five Control Loops: Input Current Limit, tablet and other portable devices. It integrates a Input Voltage Limit, Constant Charge synchronous BUCK regulator to provide Current, Terminal Battery Control and regulated voltage for powering the system Thermal Fold-Back. output and at the same time charging the 1.6MHz Switching Frequency battery. This device supports both USB and Programmable Input Current Limit high power DC adapter input. In USB mode, the Programmable Charge Current input current limit can be programmed to Single Input for USB and AC adapter 450mA or 825mA via the logic pins to cover the Cover USB2.0 and USB3.0 Input USB2.0 and USB3.0 specifications.
