MP28160 5.5V/0.5A High-Efficiency Integrated Buck-Boost Converter with 3.3V Fixed Output in 1.4x1.8mm CSP Package DESCRIPTION FEATURES 2.5V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range The MP28160 is an integrated buck-boost 1.8MHz Switching Frequency for CCM converter in a small CSP package. The buck- 3.3V Fixed Output Voltage boost converter can operate from an input voltage above, equal to, or below the output 500mA Continuous Output Current voltage. It uses current mode control with a 1ms Soft-Start Time 1.8MHz fixed PWM frequency to optimize Auto PFM/PWM Mode stability and transient response. In a light load Output Over-Voltage Protection condition, it enters auto PFM/PWM mode to get Hiccup Over-Current Protection high light load efficiency. Integrated MOSFETs 1A Shutdown Current minimize the solution size while maintaining Active Low System EN Pin high efficiency. Over-Temperature Shutdown Fault protection includes output hiccup current Available in a Wafer Level Chip Scale limiting, OVP, and thermal shutdown. Packaging: CSP-12(1.4mmx1.8mm) The MP28160 is available in a tiny CSP-12 APPLICATIONS (1.4mmx1.8mm) package.
