TM MP3205 1.3MHz Fixed Frequency 5 White LED Driver TM The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP3205 is a step-up converter designed On Board Power MOSFET for driving up to 5 series white LEDs from a Drives up to 5 Series White LEDs single cell Lithium Ion battery. The MP3205 Up to 87% Efficiency uses current mode, fixed frequency architecture Over 1MHz Fixed Switching Frequency to regulate the LED current, which is measured Low 104mV Feedback Voltage through an external current sense resistor. Its Soft-Start/PWM Dimming low 104mV feedback voltage reduces power UVLO, Thermal Shutdown loss and improves efficiency. Internal Current Limit The MP3205 includes under-voltage lockout, Available in a TSOT23-5 Package current limiting and thermal overload protection APPLICATIONS preventing damage in the event of an output overload. The MP3205 is available in a small Cell Phones 5-pin TSOT23 package.
