MP4569 75V, 0.3A Synchronous Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP4569 is a step-down switching regulator 20A Quiescent Current (Active mode) with integrated high-side/low-side, high-voltage Wide 4.5V to 75V Operating Input Range power MOSFETs. It provides a highly efficient 1.2/0.45 Internal Power MOSFETs output of up to 0.3A. Programmable Soft-Start FB-Tolerance: 1% at Room Temperature The wide 4.5V to 75V input range 2% at Full Temperature. accommodates a variety of step-down Adjustable Output applications in automotive environment. A 1V Reference Voltage Output for QFN 3.5A shutdown mode quiescent current is Package good for battery-powered applications. Low Shutdown Mode Current: 3.5A It allows for high power conversion efficiency Available in QFN-10 (3mmx3mm) and over a wide load range by scaling down the SOIC-8 EP Packages switching frequency under light-load condition to reduce the switching and gate driver losses.
