. The MP86901-AGQT-Z is a switching controller designed and manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems (MPS). It is packaged in a 3x3 Thin-Quad Flat No-Lead (TQFN) package and has a maximum voltage rating of 26V and a current rating of 12A. The Intelli-Phase technology provided by the controller enables it to provide an adjustable switching frequency and trail back to zero on-time when the switch current reaches zero. It is designed for high-performance synchronous rectification controllers for low-power isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters. It also features overvoltage protection to ensure the load is not subjected to overvoltage situations, frequency dithering for improved EMI, and soft-start functionality for improved power on-off sequencing.
