MPM3630 18V/3A DC/DC Module Synchronous Step-Down Regulator with Integrated Inductor The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3630 is a synchronous rectified, step- Complete Switch Mode Power Supply down module regulator with built-in power 4.5V to 18V Wide Operating Input Range MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It 3A Continuous Load Current offers a very compact solution to achieve a 3A 50m/22m Low RDS(ON) Internal Power continuous output current with excellent load MOSFETs and line regulation over a wide input supply Integrated Inductor range. The MPM3630 has a 1.4MHz switching Fixed 1.4MHz Switching Frequency frequency, which provides fast load transient 1MHz-2MHz Frequency Sync response. Internal Power Save Mode for Light Load Full protection features include over-current Power Good Indicator protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD). OCP Protection and Hiccup Thermal Shutdown The MPM3630 eliminates design and Output Adjustable from 0.6V manufacturing risks while dramatically Available in QFN20 (3x5x1.6mm) Package improving time-to-market.
