MPQ8904 Industrial/Automotive-Grade 500mA Linear Regulator AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ8904 is a low-current, low-dropout, Power-Good Open Collector Output linear regulator that operates on a single 2.5V- Guaranteed Industrial/Automotive Temp. to-6.5V input supply.
