The MID4506O41 is part of MOREK's family of low-cost, high-reliability analog ICs. This IC is a precision ±450mV bipolar Hall Effect voltage regulator with integrated start, shut down and fault protection features. It is designed to provide the required level of stable output voltage in various applications including motor control and power supply. The IC features built-in protection from over-temperature, over-current and reverse-polarity to ensure safe operation.
