The USBLC6-2SC6 with SOT-23-6 ESD Protection Devices RoHS manufactured by MSKSEMI is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection device designed to protect USB ports and other high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). The device features dual MOSFET channels, which provide high discharge current and fast response time, as well as an integrated ESD diode, which provides point-to-point ESD protection and low clamping voltage.
