The MST2513ASF with PMIC - Battery Management SOT-23-6 RoHS is a surface mount device designed and manufactured by MST. It is a fully-integrated battery management solution for various lithium-ion and lithium-polymer chemistries used in mobile applications, such as smartphones, tablets and wearables. The device offers full battery protection, with an additional charger counter on top, and provides a complete package of integrated functions that bring significant cost savings by enabling fewer components in the design. The protection functions include Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Over Current Protection (OCP) and Short Circuit Protection (SCP). Additionally, the device features automatic cell balancing, temperature monitoring and voltage/current measurement in up to 4 cell-pack configurations. It is fully compliant with RoHS guidelines and packaged in a single SOT-23-6 package.
