The MultiTech MTSMC-C1-N3 is a low power, wide area low cost LoRaWAN module designed to work with The Things Network. It is designed to operate in the 915 MHz ISM band of North America, but can be configured to use the 868 MHz band of Europe and Asia. The module has a maximum output power of +14.5 dBm and includes temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors. The module supports Class C MAC commands, acknowledgements, and confirms for reliable communications and network adherence. The module also supports bidirectional data transfer and OTA updates. Additionally, the module can be used to detect geo-fences, send and receive alarms, and remotely manage settings.
