BLM21PG300SH1D is a surface mount varistor manufactured by Murata. The component is a non-linear resistor designed for use in pulse absorption, overvoltage protection and EMI filtering applications. It has a VDC rating of 300V and a rated AC voltage of 220V. The component has an IEC033 class characteristic and delivers a high surge absorption capacity of 8.3A (10/1000µs). The component has an environmental temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a tolerable operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C. It has a leakage current of 50µA at 165VAC and a capacitance range of 10pF (1KHz). The component measures 3 x 6 x 5 mm and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
