It is a Surface-Mount Device (SMD) and is a Type 6.3V or higher rated part with a capacitance tolerance of +/-10%. It features excellent volumetric efficiency and improved soldering heat resistance. The operating temperature range is -55 to +125C. The characteristics include high ripple current, low ESR, high confidence level, and high thermal reliability. It is lead-free and RoHS-compliant and is suitable for smartphones, tablets, cameras, and other consumer electronics.
