LQH5BPN3R3N38L is a Murata ultra-small, wide range input voltage regulator for use in Laptop, PDAs and other portable digital products. It is designed to regulate the input voltage from 3V to 15V and output a regulated 3.3V. Its ultra-small MDFN5 package size (1.6 x 2.7 x 0.6mm) is 40% smaller than existing devices, with 1.5A output current capability. Low dropout voltage allows high efficiency power supply design and the active low fault detection output simplifies system diagnostics in case of an overload or over temperature fault. This device is RoHS compliant.
