Additional Infomation About Product

The NCE1570 is manufactured by NCE Power and is a discrete MOSFET Transistor in a TO-220-3L RoHS Package. This MOSFET contains an N-channel enhancement mode design which is well suited for high-speed switching applications. It has an output capacitance of 5.9pF and an operating temperature between -65°C to + 150°C. It has a maximum voltage rating of 500V and typical power dissipation of 16W. The maximum drain current is 8A and the maximum gate threshold voltage is typically 4V ± 0.5V. This MOSFET is RoHS compliant which means it meets European Restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
