The NT1713C-HFBA6 by NEOTEC is a low-standing loss battery protection IC SOT23-6 in a RoHS compliant package. It provides a wide range of protection, including over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short-circuit protection, and is capable of handling high current pulses up to 18A. The voltage detection range is scalable with an adjustable precision timer up to 200ms. The device also incorporates an intelligent charge pass-through circuit with automatic shutoff, to eliminate high frequency charge noise. It provides an internal latch reset circuit, and is suitable for use with Li-Ion, Li-Poly, Ni-Cd, and Ni-MH battery packs.
