The NT1715A-NHBA6 is a Battery Protection ICs SOT23-6 RoHS manufactured by NEOTEC. It is a 6-pin surface-mount IC designed to protect lithium-ion or other rechargeable batteries by regulating their charge and discharge. The device continuously monitors the voltage of the battery and cuts off power to prevent overcharging or overdischarging of the battery. It features two voltage settings, one for charging, the other for discharging. It is also designed with a battery short-circuit protection circuit and a thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device from excessive heat. The device is RoHS compliant and is supplied in a SOT23 package.
