The 74AHC3G14DC.125 from Nexperia is a dual in-line package (DIP) semiconductor device that contains two independent single-pole single-throw (SPST) CMOS analog switches. They offer significantly lower power consumption than the equivalent TTL parts, a high degree of noise immunity, wider power supply operating range, and fast switching performance. They are ideal for low power/low voltage switching applications, and suitable for battery-powered systems. These switches feature an enable input which allows both switches to be enabled or disabled simultaneously. The 74AHC3G14DC.125 has a minimum operating voltage of 1.65V, a logic high 2V to 6V, and a logic low of 0.8V to 0.1V. The power supply current is typically 20µA and the maximum output voltage is 5.5V. The switching times are typically 10 ns.
