The 74HC1G08GW.125 is a single 2-input positive-NAND gate device with an open-drain output. It has a 2-input logic signal, which when both are HIGH, produces a LOW output level. The device is housed in a readily mountable SO-8 package with a supply voltage of 1.2V to 3.6V and maximum power dissipation of 250mW. The device features very low static power consumption, low input current and outputs are designed for compatibility with Rails-of-3 and intended for both 8- and 16-bit CPU bus interface applications. It has an propagation delay of 11ns and a rise/fall time of 6.5ns.
