The 74HC4046AD.652 is a phase-locked loop (PLL) IC from Nexperia. It features a VCO, a phase comparator, a programmable reference divider, and an output latch. This device is a two-input multiplexer that allows up to two inputs to be expanded to 8 outputs. This device can be used to divide a wide range of input frequencies and to lock the output to a reference frequency. The 74HC4046AD.652 is a low power, low-cost solution for frequency synthesis, clock or data demultiplexing, and signal synchronization. It operates from 2.0 V to 6.0 V and is available in a 16-pin SOT-23 package.
