The CHP-081A is a DIP/SIP smd piano switch manufactured by Nidec Copal. It is 8-position, has a J-hook lower on direction, and has a 1/2 pitch. It is designed to be used with printed circuit boards. The CHP-081A is a single-rotor type switch suitable for PCB mounting, and has two independent switches in a single package. It is rated for 0.4VA max, and has an operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C. The CHP-081A has a current capacity of 50mA, an insulation resistance of 500MO min, and is designed for use in 15V DC applications. The switch is RoHS compliant.
