-SEMThe PE5E4BA MOSFETs are 8-pin DFN-8 (3x3) ROHS MOSFETs manufactured by NIKO-SEM. They are N-Channel enhancement mode field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) specifically designed to optimize power management in portable applications. Features include: low on-resistance, good switching performance, fast switching speed, low gate input capacitance, ESD protection, and low gate drive voltage. These transistors are RoHS compliant and compatible with lead-free soldering processes. They can operate at up to a 25V drain-source voltage and offer a max adjustable temperature range of -55 to +150°C. The PE5E4BA MOSFETs are ideally suited for various application such as high-current load switching, DC-DC voltage converting and power switch in SMPS applications.
