Additional Infomation About Product

The DSC-809K is a 64-pin DIP (Dual In-line Package) device by Ninigi. This device is an 8-bit 8051 compatible microcontroller which is suitable for mid-level applications. It is a device with four 8KB blocks of program memory, three on-chip timers, and a 128-bit security key. Other features include a 4KB on-chip RAM, three 16-bit timers, I2C compatible serial peripheral interface (SPI), four serial channels and an 8-bit analog to digital converter (ADC). It is powered by an on-board 3.3V voltage regulator and includes 128KB of program memory and 4KB of RAM. This is enough memory for simple to mid-level applications. The DSC-809K also comes with embedded software tools which allow the device to be programmed quickly and easily. It is therefore ideal for rapid product prototyping and hobbyist use.
