The TSM112A1/TC is an integrated circuit module designed by NINIGI Technologies. It is a precision temperature sensing module that consists of a thermistor, a temperature sensor and a voltage-to-temperature conversion IC. The module provides a linear voltage output which can be read by an external circuit. The module is rated for operating temperatures between -40 to +125°C and it has a high accuracy of ±0.5°C over its entire operating temperature range. The module includes a SMD package with a 4-pin SOT25 terminal extension and is designed to offer low noise and low power consumption.
