A low operating quiescent current allows a harvester to be used under a low-illumination environment, and it is suitable for an equipment with low power supplied from a harvester. KEY BENEFITS Providing a low operating quiescent current (IQ 144 nA) and a high efficiency (approximately 90% 10 A). A Control function that enables a maximum power optimizes a power supply from an energy harvester.
