SemiconductorThe Nordic Semiconductor NRF51822-QFAB-R is a Radio Frequency (RF) transceiver integrated circuit (IC) that comes with QFN-48 RoHS packaging. It is an ultra-low power 2.4 GHz wireless transceiver designed for Bluetooth 4.2 and Bluetooth low energy. This IC has a protocol stack for Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz proprietary applications. The NRF51822-QFAB-R contains 32 bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor with 256kB flash memory, 16kB RAM, and dynamic multiprotocol support including Bluetooth 4.2 and two concurrent Bluetooth low energy links. It includes a 14bit ADC and digital interfaces. It is suitable for low power IoT applications.
