SemiconductorThe nRF52833-QDAA-R is a RF System on a Chip (SoC) manufactured by Nordic Semiconductor. It is a low power, highly integrated solution for a wide range of Bluetooth and other wireless applications. This all-in-one SoC incorporates an ARM Cortex-M4F CPU, advanced floating-point digital signal processor (DSP) and arm cryptocell-310 crypto accelerator for secure hash/key generating. It also offers an extensive set of hardware features including NFC-A tag support, configurable GPIOs, 12-bit ADC, 2.4GHz radio with integrated RF front-end stages, and a rich variety of interfaces including UART, SPI and I2C. The nRF52833-QDAA-R is packaged in a 5x5 QFN 40L form factor, and comes with 1 MB flash and 256 kB RAM. It is designed to meet the demands of low power, wide area connectivity and supports Bluetooth 5, Bluetooth mesh, Thread mesh 1.1, IEEE 802.15.4 and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols.
