IT8900 is an integrated Transceiver IC with RF functionality to support dual mode (2G/3G/4G) communications. It is manufactured by NST and is packaged in an SSOP-16_150mil RoHS package. It is capable of supporting multiple air interfaces, including GSM and GPRS. It includes an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier, mixer, and an on-board voltage regulator. It also incorporates a frequency synthesizer with frequency agility and a low-noise receive path. In addition, it provides modulation/demodulation support, as well as higher data rates up to HSPA+.
