Additional Infomation About Product

NTE2551 is a 8-Lead DIP Rectifier Diode made by NTE Electronics Inc. It is used for general purpose rectification applications and features high surge current capability. It is a low-cost, high-performance solution for most standard planar Schottky barrier rectifier applications. The NTE2551 has a low forward voltage drop and is suitable for applications that require lower forward voltage and improved frequency response. Packaged in a surface mount package, this device is ideal for applications where space is limited. The NTE2551 can be mounted on the circuit board for easy integration into the system design. It can also be used for parallel connections and has current-limiting resistors included for accurate current control. The NTE2551 has excellent thermal characteristics and can withstand ambient temperatures up to 150°C.
