ElectronicsThe NTE4520BT is a Dual - UP/DOWN Binary Counter manufactured by NTE Electronics. It is a 14 pin surface mount SOIC-16 package and has a maximum operating frequency of 10MHz and power dissipation of 300mW. The NTE4520BT features two independent up/down binary counters that can be configured for cascading and an asynchronous reset. It has separate Clock and Count Up/Down input pins and separate toggle outputs that can be used for gating multiple counters. It also has power-up/power-down reset and can provide a reset anytime. It is ideal for applications such as real-time clocks, frequency dividers, rate measuring circuits and pulse width conversion.
