Additional Infomation About Product

The NTE74LS155 is an integrated circuit low power logic device manufactured by NTE. It is a quad 2-input multiplexer, with each 2-input multiplexer having an address select input, a data select input, and four inputs A, B, C, and D. The device is TTL compatible and features low power dissipation. It is available in 14 pin PDIP, 14 pin SOIC and 14 pin SOP packages. The device operates from a single supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V, and is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. Typical applications include demultiplexing data for buses, routing signals from multiple sources, and performing logic functions.
