The Nuvoton I91260RI is a Low Power Consumption MCU with a 64-Pin LQFP (7x7) Package and is RoHS Compliant. It is powered by 32-bit Nuvoton Cortex-M0 core CPU. The MCU can achieve up to 72MHz operating frequency with minimal power consumption and supports adaptive clock tuning and sleepwalking technologies. It offers hardware scaling up to 36MHz and includes a wide range of peripherals for data communications, pulse wave modulation, motor control, LED LCD segment driving, as well as other various I/O interface purpose. With a total of 128K ROM and 8K SRAM, it comes with a comprehensive set of system integration tools, supporting development with Nuvoton NuMicro Family development kits, so users can implement a wide range of applications quickly and easily. The device also supports rich features such as USB 2.0 Host/Device, Trusted Platform Module (TPM), I2S, and timer functions as well as optional Winbond W78E438X/W78E517X cryptographic OS protections.
