Additional Infomation About Product

The NVE AA005-02E is an 8-pin SOIC-150mil Magnetic Sensor, an integrated magneto-resistive circuit designed for proximity and position sensing. The device provides a digital output signal in response to an applied magnetic field. It is compliant with the RoHS directive and offers low power consumption. The package size is 7.9mm x 2.9mm x 1.3mm, and the operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C. It features a low self heating of 0.5°C and the device is insensitive to external fields. The AA005-02E contains an internal bandgap voltage regulator and a temperature compensation system which allows for a very stable output signal even when the external temperature fluctuates. The AA005-02E is one of the most versatile devices of its kind, with a number of features that make it very suitable for a wide variety of applications.
