Semiconductors The 74HC573N is a part of NXP Semiconductors' high-speed CMOS logic family. The component is a 8-bit D-type flip-flop that is configured as 8 positive-edge triggered flip-flops with output capability. It is perfect for use in applications such as memory address decoding and data storage. The component has a propagation delay time of 8.3 ns max at 5 V and a supply voltage of 2 - 6 V. In addition, it has a low static power consumption and its package includes 8-DIP, 8-SOIC and 16-SSOP. The 74HC573N has a very low noise immunity with a 0.45 ns signal flicker.
