SemiconductorsThe BGU7258 is an ESD-protected bidirectional EMI filter consisting of a pair of capacitors, two ESD protection diodes, and two series resistors in an ultra-low-profile 6-pin HXSON6 surface-mount package with small outline dimensions. It is designed to handle input/output voltage levels of -2 V to +6 V. The device has a wide operational temperature range of -25° to +125°C and the filter settings can be changed by adding external resistors. It is intended for use with low-voltage CMOS/BiCMOS and digital signal applications. The part is manufactured by NXP Semiconductors.
