The KTY82/110 is a NXP semiconductor part from their KTY series of temperature sensors. It is a two-terminal heat sensing device that is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications, including temperature measurement and control systems. It has a wide operating temperature range and excellent accuracy. The KTY82/110 is constructed of a ceramic/silicon structure with a negative temperature coefficient of resistance (NTC). It has a sensing element of 10 Kohm at 25°C and an overall range of -55°C to +150°C. The part has a 0.125 mm x 0.250mm x 0.450mm package outline and a single-ended Analogue output.
