The M38510/20604BVA is an 8-bit microcontroller distributed by NXP. It has a wide range of embedded features including 128 Bytes RAM, an 8-bit Timer/Counter, Enhanced UART and Standard I/O, an 8-bit A/D Converter, an 8-bit PWM Pulse Output, a Comparator and an Internal Clock Generator. The device also has a wide range of peripheral devices such as SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and LIN. The device also has 168 general-purpose I/O lines and 8 channels of 10-bit Analog to Digital Converter. The device supports universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) operation with 2 Stop bits, 1 Start bit, and 8 Data bits. It is also capable of running at clock speeds of up to 8MHz.
