MAC97A8,412 is part of NXP’s MOSFETs (metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors) product range. It is a standard voltage FET, with a maximum drain-source voltage rating of 100 volts, and a maximum drain current rating of 2 Amps. It has an RDS(on) of 412 mOhms at 10V and 4.2A. The MAC97A8,412 provides smooth switching between load and source and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including power amplification, signal switchings and temperature/light sensing.
