The device is sensorless (saving of 3 hall-sensors) using the Tacho output without extra sensor back-EMF sensing technique to sense the rotor position. Position pulse stage for phase-locked-loop control Transconductance amplifier for an external control transistor. QUICK REFERENCE DATA Measured over full voltage and temperature range.
