The TJA1050T/CM,118 with CAN Interface IC is a High-Speed CAN transceiver IC manufactured by NXP. It provides a full-duplex, fault-tolerant communication in a single-wire bus using a Differential Manchester encoding. The TJA1050T/CM,118 is compliant with version 2.0A of the CAN protocol according to ISO11898, as well as with CAN FD version 2.0 according to ISO-11898-1 (FD). Its hot-plugging capability and robust EMC design provide reliable operation in harsh automotive and industrial environments. This IC features High-Speed extended input and output sample points, integrated monitoring and diagnostic functions, an overcurrent protection input, and a separate bus dominant level output.
