Additional Infomation About Product

The OBO BETTERMANN USM-A-2 is an electronic part in the form of a surge arrestor with Type 3 protective elements. It is capable of protecting circuits and components from dangerous transient overvoltages caused by lightning or internal faults. It has one pole with a neutral protection element (NPE), allowing it to interrupt a power flow of up to 3kA. A maximum voltage of 255VAC can be handled by the component, and it is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 60°C. It is also designed in a DIN format, as required by many applications.
