Additional Infomation About Product

The CYPS2501 (KK-TP2) is an optocoupler with SOP-4 RoHS package made by OCIC. This part is used for protection against voltage surges or spikes and is fitted with a dual-channel phototransistor output circuit. It has an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms. The collector-emitter voltage and the current transfer ratio (CTR) of the CYPS2501 are guaranteed from -50 V to 10 mA. It has a operating temperature range from -30 to 85°C and a lead-free, RoHS compliant package which makes it suitable for use in safety-critical applications. Furthermore, the CYPS2501 has a wide range of applications such as switch-mode power supplies, AC/DC motor drives, multimedia applications and motion control.
