ACS5S-1K-J is a part of Ohmite's Series ACS Switch-Mode Resistor Modules, designed for use in switching applications such as AC/DC converters and PFC circuits. The ACS5S-1K-J has a resistance value of 1KO, a power rating of 5 Watts, and a voltage rating of 8V peak-to-peak. It features a low on resistance of 0.5 Ohm, high RMS current of 8A, and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 2MHz. The module is constructed using the company's patented carbon element and aluminum case technology, and its UL Recognized, TUV Certified and RoHS compliant.
