HS300 120R F is an Ohmite heat sink made of aluminum with natural finish. It is suitable for mounting TO-3 devices and features extended plate area for superior performance. The heat sink is capable of dissipating 300 watts of power using natural convection in an open environment. It has a thermal resistance of 0.9°C/W, a height of 2.04", a width of 1.54", and a length of 1.46".
