The HS5050R F is a type of high-power resistor manufactured by Ohmite. It is a four-terminal resistor with a power rating of 50 watts and a maximum operating temperature of +175°C. It is a wirewound resistor with a resistance range from 0.1O to 0.5O. The HS5050R F has a ceramic core and its body is made of aluminum oxide insulated with phosphor bronze. It can handle up to 200 amps in a radial lead configuration, making it an ideal choice for power applications such as DC-DC converters, phase control systems, switching power supplies, and motor control circuits.
