The Ohmite LPR100 680R J is a chassis mount, low profile, 100 watt, 5% planar resistors with a 680 ohm rating. With its low profile design, this part is ideal for tight space applications and offers superior performance while maintaining safe, reliable operation. It is constructed from solid-state elements for superior noise and thermal performance, and brazeable tone ring technology for increased power in a small profile. Its superior thermal performance allows for a higher heat dissipation than traditional resistors. It has a long life rating and is suitable for operation in high ambient temperatures up to 175°C.
