OKY3223 is a microcontroller from the OKYSTAR series, produced by OKY Corporation. It is a 32-bit MCU core and integrates a number of advanced peripherals for efficient design of embedded systems. It features a high-performance RISC Cortex™-M0 core operating up to 50MHz, a local bus (FSF), and a wide voltage range from 1.2 to 3.3V. It also has an 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter, low-power 32KB SRAM and 4KB EEPROM, DMA, I²C, UART, and SPI, as well as built-in functions such as watchdog timer, several timers, and matched interrupt handling.
