The OB3605ARASP-J is a LED Driver DIP7 RoHS manufactured by On-Bright. It is a surface-mount type, consisting of a 4-channel MOSFET switch, a N-channel MOSFET output for LED control, a MOSFET with zener diode protection and an optional micro-controller-controlled LED Dimming. It is designed for applications including Indoor Lighting, Street Lights, LED TVs, Automotive Lighting, Home Appliances, and other LED-based lighting systems.
