Additional Infomation About Product

1. The 4N30M is a 4-pin optocoupler chip manufactured by ON Semiconductor. 2. It contains an infra-red LED light and a photo-transistor detector, allowing it to insulate two circuits against each other by means of optical communications. 3. The 4N30M part provides 6-kV electrical isolation between input and output, with a CTR value in the range of 100-400% 4. It is used to protect sensitive circuits from high voltage spikes and reverse voltage surges, as well as prevent sensitive signals from being affected by high frequency noise.
