ON Semiconductor's 74AC04MTC is a High-Performance Silicon Gate CMOS Quad inverter. It is a Schmitt trigger type that provides wide Voltage range, low power consumption, and good noise immunity. It uses the advanced CMOS technology to maximize the speed, versatility and economy of multiple-channel Noise tolerant Applications. It has a wide operating voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for TTL input levels and when used as an inverter, its outputs are CMOS compatible. It features TTL-compatible inputs, low power consumption and low noise. It can also support a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The 74AC04MTC is pin and functionally compatible so it can be used as a general-purpose inverter or buffer in a variety of Mobile and Industrial applications.
